Meet Our Founder and Executive Director

From Higher Education Administrator to CEO, Theresa was inspired by family beauty salon owners in Rochester, NY, and Los Angeles, CA to one day own a salon. Crossing paths with teachers and leaders who strive for excellence, she caught on to the spirit of excellence and embraced a "Philanthropic Mindset," that laid the foundation for "The Atmosphere Salon, Inc."

Theresa is a graduate of Continental Beauty School, Buffalo, NY, and became a licensed cosmetologist in March of 2004, she holds an A.A.S in Business Administration from Niagara County Community College, a B.S. in Business Administration, and an M.S. in Student Personnel Administration (SPA) from SUNY Buffalo State University, and an MBA from Morehead State University located in Morehead, KY. She worked as a Welfare-to-Work Technical Assistant at Niagara County Community College, as an Associate Dean for Retention and Multicultural Affairs at Gateway Community and Technical College in Northern, KY, as the Assistant to the Dean at SUNY Geneseo's School of Business, and is the Founder/President of "Ealy and Associates Consulting, LLC. https://ealyandassociates.com

Theresa resides in Lockport, NY with her husband Nathaniel, daughters; Briandi (Buffalo, NY),

Valencia, and granddaughters; Mikayla, Jordan, Zoe, and Peighton (Rochester, NY).
